Kerrie Seymour

Kerrie Seymour has appeared at LEAN in a variety of roles, including Heidi in What the Constitution Means To Me, Patricia in The Taming and Emily in The Lifespan of a Fact. She is based in the Greenville, SC-area and she has been a professor at Clemson University for 18 years. In Greenville, she works extensively at The Warehouse Theatre where her credits include Annie in Misery; Toni in Appropriate; Josie in A Moon for the Misbegotten and Elizabeth in Witch to name a few. She has also appeared onstage in the Atlanta area at Actor's Express and Aurora Theatre. In addition to acting, she also directs in the region having directed for The Warehouse, Mill Mountain Theatre, Clemson University, Centre Stage, and USC Upstate. With her 20-year-old son, Liam, she created birdie films and together they have produced two short films in the last year and a half: Contribution and Purple, both of which can be found on birdie films' YouTube channel. Much love to Thom, mom and Liam, who all make doing an out-of-town show possible. Kerrie is a proud member of Actors Equity Association and earned her MFA in Acting from Trinity Rep in Providence, RI. For more information, visit kerrieseymour.com
