Where is your Box Office located?

Since we rent our performance space, our box office is available to you over the phone at various times throughout the year.

On a performance day, our physical box office operations are available to you 30 minutes prior to a performance. 

 

When is your box office open?

Our Phone Box Office opens and closes with each production we present. Below is a table showing our box office open dates for each production. The box office closes on the last day of each performance

*Please note: Ticket exchanges for a particular production must be made during the corresponding Box Office. For example: Exchanges for Bad Dates can only be processed on or after Tuesday, November 27th.

Can I buy tickets online?

Yes! Head on over to our “Now Showing” page and click the “Buy Tickets Now” button to purchase tickets online.

 

What additional fees do you have when ordering tickets?

None! Starting September 4, 2018, we are no longer charging ANY convenience fees for online ticket sales!

 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds.

 

What is your exchange policy?

  • All Subscribers & Flex Package Holders can exchange their tickets with no fee up until their ticketed performance date.

  • Single ticket buyers can exchange their tickets for a $2.50 per ticket fee up until their ticketed performance date.

  • All exchanges (subscribers, flex package holders, and single ticket buyers) that occur after a ticketed performance date will incur a $15 handling fee per exchange order.

 

When and where can I pick up my tickets?

All reserved tickets are held at the Will Call table on the day of performance. The Will Call table is located inside at the lobby at the Main Street Theatre and opens thirty minutes before the performance. Please bring your order number (located on your email confirmation) and first and last name on the reservation. 

 

I tried to buy my tickets online and I don’t see the performance date I want to attend. Why?

Online Sales end 4 hours prior to a performance to give our staff time to prepare our Will Call. Telephone sales end 1 hour prior to a performance. Don’t fret! Join us at the physical Box Office at the theatre 30 minutes prior to the show to purchase your tickets at the door!

 

What are your show times?

Thursday, Friday & Saturday shows begin at 7:30pm; Sunday matinees begin at 2:00 pm. The house generally opens 30 minutes before a performance.
